Jersey, “Island of Northern Brittany”
As the southernmost of the Channel Islands, Jersey has the most sunshine of all the British Isles. The island lies roughly 160 km south of Britain but just a few miles away from Haute-Bretagne Ille-et-Vilaine.
It is easily accessible, being only a 30-minute flight from Dinard or an hour’s crossing from Saint-Malo, and is a great tourist destination that you can combine with a visit to Haute-Bretagne. Visit Jersey just for a day or take a short break and add a touch of the exotic to your holiday.
