Ty Mat holiday apartments, which were totally refurbished during the winter of 2010, stand in wooded gardens planted with flowers close to the fishing harbour and shops at St Servan, south of St Malo, just 300m from the beach 'des Bas Sablons' and 1.5km from the best beaches in the area.
The 72 studio apartments sleep 4 people and have a fully-equipped kitchen area. Most have a balcony with patio furniture. Facilities include play area, bike store, games room, laundry (extra charge) and an open-air car park (fee-paying from April to mid-November). Heated swimming pool from June to September. Guided tours of St Malo available once a week (except July and August). Special 'Escapade' breaks of 2 to 6 nights, with beds made on arrival.
